| For the Hotel division we privileged the handiness and the miniaturization of tools, while our divisions construction and commune areas are equipped with oversize grinders planetaires. |

A team of maintenance takes care of these machines and tools.
According to the characteristics of each intervention, the maintenance team prepares tests and equips each exploitation team with the tools which are necessary for them. |

In the event of technical problems the maintenance team gets mobile.
In case of minors problems, the team diagnoses and solves the dysfunctional at place, in the case of a major breakdown, an equivalent machine is delivered in the 5 hours.
